Millstone Lodge brings a touch of modern to the beauty of nature. From the vaulted windows letting in a spectacular view of the Great Smoky Mountains, to the wood floors and ceilings, you’ll love the “cabiny” feel of it. Secluded and on the side of Baines Mountain, this cabin has a beautiful view that you can enjoy from the screened porch or the covered porch.

The leather furniture makes the living room feel luxurious and comfortable. Kicking back in front of the fireplace and watching the Satellite Flat Panel TV is the place to be. The fully furnished master bedroom has a comfy king bed with a private bathroom and has access to the covered porch. The private bath in the master bedroom has a granite vanity and his and hers sinks. Enjoy watching a movie on the flat panel TV in the Video Room without bothering anyone else – it closes off from the rest of the house. The Dining Room table is roomy and is big enough for you and anyone you should happen to invite over – it seats six. Plus there are four additional stools at the breakfast bar.

For activities you’ve hit the jack pot: from SCUBA diving in Fontana Lake to white water rafting on the Nantahala River to hiking part of the Appalachian Trail, you’ll have your fill of fun activities. There’s antiquing, shopping, gem mining, horseback riding, and ski slopes aren’t that far either. For the night life, there are movie theaters nearby and Harrah’s Casino in Cherokee, arcades, and even a karaoke bar. Enjoy a play at the Smoky Mountain Community Theatre or an auction at Dodi’s Auction House in Sylva.

Millstone Lodge sleeps 4-6, is pet friendly and available year round.
