A Mountain Retreat on top of the world. From early dawn until sunset, you’ll be immersed in the 180° view of ridge, after ridge, after ridge of one of the best views of the Great Smoky Mountains. If that isn’t enough, just wait until the stars come out! Turn off the cabin lights, lie in the hammock and stare up at the beautiful starry sky that punctuates the darkest nights you’ve ever seen.

During the day, you can relax in the shaded covered porch of this genuine log home and enjoy rocking and watching nature at is best. You’ll likely be visited by many birds, deer and some wild turkey. The big side terrace with its deck and stone patio features a hot tub, hammock and outdoor dining table. And the second deck on the lower level is the place to rock your cares away rain or shine.

Inside, your meals can be prepared in the fully equipped kitchen and served at the inside dining table, outside picnic table on the covered deck or the outdoor dining table on the terrace. Of course you can just cook outside on the gas grill if you wish. There are three satellite TVs in the cabin highlighted by a new widescreen HD-TV over the fireplace and each one has a DVD player for movies.

All this is just minutes away from the shops, restaurants and train station in the quaint town of Bryson City and short distance from the Indian town of Cherokee, the Great Smoky Mountain National Park and some of the best whitewater rafting in the east on the Nantahala River. With the beautiful North Carolina mountain view just outside the massive windows, once you stay in this beautiful cabin, it will become a part of you.
