We didn't have running water when we initially got to the cabin (leaky hose) and Mindy took care of it as quickly and kindly as she could. We thought we might have to move to a different cabin and she was so helpful in letting us choose which one we might like. Thankfully the maintenance guy figured out the issues and we could stay in 'our' cabin. We really felt heard and well taken care of

We love Bear Hug. We know the view is great (even though not necessarily this visit), and the cabin is clean and the area is so quiet. Just what we look for, time to relax and refresh. The cabin is well equipped and has everything we need.

This cabin is in a great location up above the valley near Bryson City. The cabin was clean and well appointed. You really couldn't ask for more.

We recently had the opportunity to stay at Bruin Den in Bryson City, NC. This was actually our second time staying in the cabin and it proved again to be a great experience. The location is superb. Despite being conveniently close to Bryson City, we love the sense of privacy and seclusion the cabin offered. The convenience of having all the amenities within easy reach and the ability to retreat into the private hideaway was the perfect blend. The views from the cabin are nothing short of spectacular. There is a fantastic view of the mountains that make great photos during sunrise or sunset. We spent many relaxing evenings on the porch. It was the perfect setting for leisurely breakfasts and relaxing evenings. One of the things we appreciated most was the excellent communication from the host. They were prompt, clear, and super friendly, offering guidance and answering our questions swiftly and efficiently. We will look forward to staying again.

We had a wonderful time in your cabin. I celebrate half birthdays and this was this years celebration with my nephews. We were able to spend some quality time together, along with grandma. We had many adventures. I have been to the GSMNP many times and this has been the first time I've stayed on the NC side. The view at the cabin is simply amazing. We could not get enough of it. The cabin itself was simply lovely. I love the memories we made and like the last guest, we wish we could live here.

Spent lots of time outside on the porch and backyard relaxing with our pup. Enjoying nature while soaking in the hot tub. Thank you for opening up your beautiful cabin to share with others. We absolutely loved the peace, quiet and privacy during our stay.

WE had an absolutely great time! The cabin had views to die for. This was a family reunion that was long over due, so the cabin made it so relaxing!! Corn hole, pit for smores and great dinners with lots of laughter. We enjoyed all of the amenities in the surrounding area. Pontoon boat, train ride and white water rafting! We will be coming back for sure.

This is such a lovely cabin. We had such a great time with our grandson. Thank you for sharing with us.

Janet was very helpful with the bat situation, and when we left some important items behind on departure. She helped us get them back. All in all things went very well. Will look at cabins with you all again for sure.

Sunrise in the Smokies is a lovely little cabin on Baines Mtn. Not too close to other properties with a great view of the mountains every morning. The fire pit is wonderful and comfortable with stocked firewood. Hot tub comforting after a long day of hiking and the kitchen has quality cooking tools to make evening meals easy to prepare. We would stay there again no problem.

Brought some friends and my son down. Great Cabin!!! We dined at Jimmy Mac's in Bryson one evening. The place may not look like much, but the food is awesome. WE got to look down on the 4th of July fireworks from up here. Morning views are terrific. It almost looks like you could walk out across the morning fog layer. The cabin itself has basically everything anyone could need. Thanks for sharing your place.

Change of Altitude is a beautiful cabin at the top of the mountain. The place and view are terrific!

We stayed at Bear Cove Cabin over the full 4th of July week. I can't say enough positive things about our stay. From the time we booked we had excellent communication from the management company with instructions for our stay and how to access everything. When we arrived the cabin was so much more impressive overlooking the hill it sits on than we expected. Everything outside and in was absolutely clean and inviting. The kitchen has everything you need, like everything that we use at home regularly. Very well thought out. The foosball was fun to play upstairs with my daughter and there is a little theater/game area that we used to play Uno and watch movies. We spent a lot of time soaking in the hot tub secluded off to the side of the house, and watching the beautiful skies from the porch while we cooked steaks on the grill. We will be planning another trip to this very cabin in the near future!!

This was a surprise vacation for our kids. And they loved the cabin just as much as we did. The location of the cabin is perfect and the view is absolutely breathtaking. We will be visiting again in the near future.
