- Here's What Past Guests Had to say about Bear Hug Cabin

- "The cabin is exactly what we expected from it's posting online and had everything we needed for us while we chilled for two days. We never left the cabin except to hike up to the top of the mountain." - Jim

- "Great experience with GSCR. They made booking and getting into our cabin a breeze! The Bear Hug Cabin was incredible! Amazing view, amazing city, and awesome hot tub!" - Johnnie

- "The staff (Cathie and Kelli) were very friendly and most helpful.  They were more than willing to answer all our questions and to assist with finding the cabin.  The instructions were very detailed and easy to follow. The cabin was everything we had hoped for.  The pictures on the website were true to form.  The only draw back was the road getting to the cabin.  There were a lot of pot holes causing the car to hit bottom.  I would have felt better if we had a four wheel drive vehicle. We wanted the feel of camping to enjoy the outdoors with the sunsets and sunrises and not be stuck in a hotel room. " - Edward

Our 1st Anniversary trip. The cabin was wonderful and private. We thoroughly enjoyed sunsets and sunrises! The rain on the roof is good too! The Hot Tub was great to relax in every night! The grill and kitchen were great for cooking your own meals. Hiked to The Road to No Where and Deep Creek. Neat adventures, even found a few antiques. Thanks for everything!

Bear Hug cabin is the best. My husband surprised me. I thought we were going to be camping. Love this place. The view and the hot tub are amazing. Love being surrounded by all the trees and sitting out on the deck. We brought our dual sport motorcycles and road some beautiful mountain back roads. Thank you for all the memories.

We loved the Bear Hug Cabin! The View and peaceful setting is something everyone should experience. My favorite was the porch. Doing my Yoga on the porch. and seeing the view. We had a wonderful time celebrating our 36th wedding anniversary. Can't wait to come back.

This was by far the best vacation. You cannot beat the view (especially the sunrise on the front porch) or just the overall relaxation this cabin gives you. We were here for 3 nights 4 days--we went out to the casino for one night (which was unforgettable & fun) and the other we put steaks on the grill and enjoyed the hot tub. I highly recommend the bear hug cabin--you will NOT be disappointed & it will exceed your expectations! The pictures are all true and actually better in person. Very clean cabin! I definitely cannot wait to come back!

An amazing vacation away from south Georgia. This cabin was breathtaking! The view, the hot tub and just the relaxation it gives you. Cannot ask for better!! As much as we enjoyed the town and shopping - grilling a couple of steaks, warming up in the hot tub to unwind and watching the sun come up over the mountains is what we enjoyed the most. We will definitely come back soon.
