Just 7 minutes to the Great Smoky Mountains Railroad, and less than 20 minutes from Harrahs Cherokee Casino & Event Center. This well-appointed cabin has everything you need for a relaxing getaway, but if you're looking for adventure, then white-water rafting, horseback riding and the Nantahala Gorge zip line canopy tours are just 15 minutes from the cabin.

Inside, you’ll enjoy relaxing in the large living room on the leather furniture in front of the two story windows where you can just enjoy your loved one’s company, or watch the satellite wide screen TV. The kitchen is well equipped and cooking will be a delight. The dining room table seats six, and if you have a larger party, they will be close at hand – the breakfast bar seats three more.

The upstairs master bedroom is large and inviting with a king bed, a private bath, and its own TV and DVD player. You’ll love the sleigh bed, the large windows, and the large closet. The two downstairs bedrooms are stunning in their own right. Both have queen beds and ample furnishings in colors that will soothe you. For larger parties, the futon in the upstairs loft offers an additional sleeping area.

This was just what we needed. A great weekend in a wonderful cabin with a wonderful view. Just stayed here all weekend and enjoyed every minute. There was snow yesterday. Great Experience.

We loved the view off the porch and had an amazing time! The Great Smoky Mountain Train ride was fabulous. We appreciated the décor of the cabin – love the moose! It was comfortable, clean, and a wonderful experience. The road is great for long walks. Tree Top is fantastic.

- 10/27/12 – The Skoffs from Stockholm, Sweden:
We had a great visit here at Tree Top Cabin. It provided everything that we needed and was cozy and comfortable. We went to Gatlinburg while here, which we highly recommend for activities, entertainment, and restaurants. The views were Amazing! We also did the wildwater zipline tour – again, high recommend this as well. Thank you! P.S. Ingles Grocery is the place to stock up!

We had a marvelous laid-back long weekend in Mid-October. The cabin is wonderful – we used the master suite. Everything we needed was provided. Enjoyed Bryson City and plant to return to take the train trip. Love the location! Wonderful, relaxing place to be. Thank you!

Came here for the peak season of all trees and hit it right at the peak time. My mother and her friends came with us from Florida and had a fantastic time, this cabin is beautiful and well appointed. WE did a lot of sight-seeing on the Blue Ridge Parkway & at Deep Creek. Thank you for sharing this beautiful place with us.

We came up to enjoy the beautiful mountains, Fall colors, and our son’s first train ride on the Great Smoky Mountains railroad. We had a fantastic time! We had a great time and loved the cabin. We went horseback riding, whitewater rafting, and hiked to the fire tower at Tellico Gap. Absolutely beautiful!! You could see mountains for 360 degrees. A must do if you can hike 1.5 miles there @ back (3 mile total). Have a great time and enjoy your stay. Hope to be back again someday!

- September 15th 2012 – The Hammers from Midletown VA and the Elkins from Atlanta, GA:
A beautiful cabin and very clean. Our 2 year old grandson had a grand time and we felt it was a very safe place for him. We had a great train ridge on the Smoky Mountain railway, Good hiking areas. Deep Creek had great hikes and a beautiful picnic area – child friendly.

- August 1-4 2012 – The Livings from Madison, WI:
Had a lovely time in Bryson City and the Tree Top Cabin. Our children ranged from 7 – 20 and all had a great time! NOC white H2O rafting, Nantahala Village, Riding Tables (great for our 7 year old), NOC Duckies (Dad’s favorite) NOC zipline (just ok). Took lots of pictures of the driveway down to the cabin .. . good thing that are mild! Hope to make it back someday!

Had a lovely time. Great cabin, beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Went on Fontana Lake and soaked up some sun as well as fishing. We had a blast!

Came to celebrate Mom’s 82nd birthday by white water rafting. Had a great time, Tree Top is a wonderful place to stay, convenient to everything. Wildwater adventures was a blast, waterfalls at Deep Creek were beautiful.

What a beautiful home and tree top setting. Had a great time on the smoky mountain train -- first class with meal is well worth the mountain express. Loved the NOC and the parkway. Would love to come back and stay a little longer. Had 4 generations and a great time was had by all.

Cabin very comfortable and well-appointed – just as advertised! Although the entrance road made us feel wonderfully isolated, actually the cabin location is very convenient to Nantahala, Bryson City, Cherokee + Deep Creek – beautiful country and fun adventures.

Great Cabin, very well-equipped. We had a great time at Deep Creek, a fantastic rafting trip with NOC, and Porters Creek. We liked the Cork-N-Bean and Jimmy Macs restaurants, and Lulus in Sylva.

A quiet escape from the bustle of a big city – we enjoyed Thanksgiving day at Biltmore – lovely home and great meal in the Stables. Bryson City is a quaint town with several interesting shops. Jimmy Mac’s was a great place to eat. Across the street is an enchanting gift shop, particularly at Christmas Time. We also did the Stecoah Artisan’s drive about – only available in June and November – but you can call ahead and visit the artists throughout the year – quality pottery, gourds, glass, and bees wax candles – well-worth the short drive. Had a great time with friends.

We had a great time! The Great Smokey Train Ride was great. We have enjoyed the cabin, it is very beautiful, great view. The driveway is a little hard to get up. Look Forward to coming back!

Beautiful Cabin! Beautiful View! We greatly enjoyed our train ride to Nantahala Gorge, shopping in Bryson City, and dinner at Jimmy Mac’s. The fall foliage is gorgeous! Relaxing in the cabin and watching football was also greatly enjoyed. We can’t wait to come back one day with our son (we’re due next month ).

We truly enjoyed our long weekend at Tree Top Cabin! We played golf, we rode the Smoky Mountain Train. We visited the Juneywhank Falls and some of us went to Clingman’s Dome for hiking and saw a family of black bears. We had a wonderful vacation in your beautiful cabin. We also visited the Cherokee Casino.

Greetings. The cabin was incredible. It was truly a home after exhausting days. We did zip lineing, the Ocoee River, the Nantahala River, Abrams Falls, Mingo Falls, Deep Creek, Lynville Falls, Cades Cove, saw “Unto These Hills” (play), boating on Fontana Lake, and most exciting of all, Cliff Diving. Thank you for providing such a beautiful cabin in this glorious wooded setting! Despite the steep driveway, there was ample room for my 24 foot Trail-lite RV and 2 additional cars!! My son’s family and in-laws and friends had a blast at Bryson City’s Freedom Fest on the 4th of July, and those of us who stayed at the cabin were able to see the fireworks (and fireflies) in the distance through the trees. Paula Deen’s restaurant at Harrah’s Casino in Cherokee was excellent and very reasonable for a resort location. Pizza at Anthony’s was AWESOME! We made great memories here! THANKS!

We loved our stay at Tree Top Cabin. We drove the Smoky Mountains and stopped at many of the trails along the way. The scenery is so beautiful. We also drove the Roaring Fork Auto Tour and hiked up to see the Grotto Falls. It is beautiful. One of the days we went to Deep Creek water tubing. Our family had so much fun. Also, in the evenings we hiked the mountain that the cabin is on and picked wild black berries. The cabin and area are amazing. We can’t wait to come back.

Our stay at Tree Top Cabin has been an amazing experience! The view in the early morning is unbelievable. Waterfalls are only a short drive away. The Polar Express was also a memory my family will never forget! But our most memorable memory will be seeing snow for the first time! Staying at Tree Top will be an everlasting memory for my family.
