This 3 bedroom, 3 bath upscale vacation cabin has a gorgeous view and is centrally located for outdoor adventure. The first bedroom on the main floor has a King bed. The second bedroom on the main floor has a Queen bed and a built in bunk bed of two Twins. The third bedroom is upstairs and has a King bed and private bath. Loft has 2 futons for extra sleeping room!
Beautifully appointed and outfitted with two walk-in tiled showers. For added entertainment there is a Foosball table and 2 firesticks. A complimentary Dog Crate is also provided. Minutes from kayaking and rafting, Morning View Over Lake Fontana is also convenient to the Tsali Recreation area with hiking and mountain biking.
Take in the fantastic view of the pristine waters of Fontana Lake. Relax after a day of adventures in the bubbling hot tub.
Morning View Over Lake Fontana is less than 10 minutes from the lake or white water rafting on the Nantahala River. Zip lining, mountain biking, and horse back riding are all less than 20 minutes from this cabin.

We've been coming to Bryson City since 2020, this is our 5th or 6th trip, and this is by far the best location and accommodations we've had. The accessibility to NOC, Nantahala, Bryson City, Deep Creek, Tsali - everything is a few minutes in either direction. The cabin is very private, quiet, and has every amenity one could need. The room layout is wonderful and there's 2 self-sufficient entertainment room areas as well as 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The deck is perfect - with a hot tub, lots of seating, grill, fire pit, outdoor (and indoor) fireplaces. Really can't ask for anything more. We'll be back for sure!

This property was the exact Mountain View I was looking for. There was plenty of space inside the cabin for our big family. Everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms to get started. We loved staying at Morning View Over Lake Fontana! Our family has gotten bigger so the option of renting Treehouse Over Lake Fontana was a great option! It is right next door and we could go back and forth between cabins! We loved hiking at Deep Creek and found the trails and waterfalls beautiful!! The cabins are well stocked and the beds so comfortable! Thank you!!

We enjoyed the cabin had so many goodies from the outside and inside fireplaces, the gril and smoker, the huge covered deck, the outdoor dining table to the hot tub! Inside had everything from a great loft to all the spices you need for cooking, since all 6 of us love to cook this was a great surprise. You can turelly tell the Kelly's take pride in their mountain home and it's not just a rental property for them.

The team called to check-in with me a few hours after arriving which i thought was a nice touch. They left a lot of detailed info in the cabin for everything from things to do around the area to instructions for everything in the cabin. We've stayed in cabins in many different areas of the US. This was by far the cleanest cabin of all. Everything from the floors to the dishes and everything in between was just like I would keep it at my own house. Our favorite, hands-down it has to be the views. Being able to watch the sunrise drinking coffee on the porch was simply amazing.

This cabin was the perfect size for our family. Everything is comfortable and makes you feel like you are at home. Everyday here is a new adventure. Our kids have never seen snow and we got up at 5am one morning just to see it come down. Love the fireplace and the kitchen was very well stocked. We had a great time every night with food, games, music and stargazing. What a blessing!
