The staff was extremely helpful over the phone in applying my military discount (which I'm very grateful for.) The emails were received just as she stated on the phone and the process was very simple. I particularly enjoyed the call I received on check in day. Though I was not yet at the cabin, your staff provided me with helpful locations to go and obtain our fishing licenses before they closed. Extremely knowledgeable staff on hand, thank you so very much! We had an amazing time at Ridge Runner Retreat. (and we made that known in the guest book). Looking at the photos online when booking, I thought to myself, "this place is too good to be true." Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised. The home was in immaculate condition and everything worked just as expected. The view from the master bedroom and first floor balcony were absolutely breathtaking and were the highlight of many mornings here. We made great use of the hot tub, fire pit, and spacious kitchen during our stay. When we come back (and we WILL be coming back) we'll be bringing friends to share in our amazing experience. They couldn't get enough of the photos we posted on Facebook. Our stay seemed to end as quickly as it began and I'll be sure to block out more days in the future. Still, during our stay we managed to squeeze in ALOT of fishing, some hiking in GSMNP, nights in Bryson City at the Grille or brewery (loved both equally), a long day in Gatlinburg tasting free moonshine, and one evening at Harrah's Cherokee. In all, we were so pleased to find a cabin where we could "get away from it all" and yet still have a ton of activities at our fingertips. I can't thank the staff enough for their assistance with booking and arrangements. There is literally nothing that could have made this a better experience...we'll see you in the fall! :)

I really enjoyed talking to your staff in booking my stay at your cabin. They were more than willing to work with us, because it was snowing when we were coming. They even offered to let me reschedule my stay if for some reason we couldn't make it due to the weather. The cabin and the area was beautiful, we totally enjoyed our stay. I would plan my next vacation in the beautiful mountains and in these beautiful cabins. I have stayed at one of the other cabins before so I knew exactly what I was looking for. Their cabins are beautiful, the website is exactly what the cabins look like. We went to the ski slopes and snow boarded, we also went to Pigeon Forge shopping. I loved everything about the cabin, fire places, the hot tub, the beautiful wood work.

Working with your team has been great, even when booking with such short notice. Everyone was polite and it was nice to hear them call when we had arrived at the cabin. We had an amazing time. The house is beautiful and it had everything needed for a relaxing getaway. Your website was easy to use and the cabins you offered were perfect for our needs. We were so impressed after our stay that I doubt we'll use anyone else now.

They were all very friendly and helpful. We completely enjoyed our stay at this breathtaking cabin. We feel blessed that we were able to see a part of GOD's great country. The seclusion and view of the mountains and surrounding forest were spectacular. We just love the cool weather and fall colors. I would recommend this property to family and friends.

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. We were here for a long weekend to relax and visit with our daughter who is working here for the summer. We all enjoyed the cabin, the view, and the area nearby. We visited Fontana Dam, Bryson City, the water falls at Deep Creek campground. Our family has stayed in many cabins around Gatlinburg for 20+ years and this is our favorite so far. It is comfortable, clean, equipped incredibly well, and is so cozy. We will make a point to return to your cabin.

This cabin was everything and more, a true luxury in the woods! Well supplied with cooking essentials, comfortable furniture, beautiful view! Internet access good, limited cell access though. Mother nature brought us a bear to watch one night so be sure to secure the garbage outside...they are pretty smart animals! A welcome surprise for us. We are adventure seekers so mountain biking, hiking, zip lining and white water rafting are all close by Many pamphlets in the cabin if you did not plan ahead. We got there the final week before season closing so plan accordingly. It also was important to us to come home to a hot tub and a comfortable place to relax after an action packed day. We also took a day to enjoy and shop in near by towns. Bottom line, I would stay here again. Do listen and follow instructions provided, arriving the first day during daylight hours was extremely helpful advise even if all went as planned!

Thank you for sharing your cabins. We enjoyed the wonderful views!! It was our last night here and we heard a noise outside. We saw a little black bear roaming around the property. He entertained us as we ran around from the decks to the windows to catch a glimpse of this beautiful creature. It was a great way to end our trip.
