Inside, Red Bird Retreat is beautiful and equipped with your comfort in mind. The main level offers an open floor concept. The kitchen area is fully stocked and boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and large dining table for enjoying a delicious meal right in the comfort of your cabin. It also features a flat screen television with Direct TV service and high-speed internet access. This three level home offers master suites on each level all with luxurious beds and bathrooms off each suite.

The outdoor area of Red Bird Retreat features gorgeous views of the Smoky Mountains. You can enjoy these from the expansive porch in the wooden seating, while cooking dinner on the gas grill, or taking advantage of the outdoor dining area. You can also take a nice soothing dip in the hot tub or roast marshmallows around the fire pit.

Red Bird Retreat is located in the high elevation, gated Alarka Highlands Community. All cabins located in this community are high-end luxury cabins. For guests' entertainment there is a clubhouse with tennis courts. The private nature of the property also allows for nice hikes and views throughout. Alarka Highlands is located about 15 miles from Bryson City, which is about a 30-minute drive.
