From its mountainside perch, the Sun Eagle Lodge gazes out towards the secluded splendor of the Smoky Mountains. Peering out over the powder white sea of clouds, the warmth of the sun will touch your face and bring a joyful smile. It’s not only a beautiful view. It’s a beautiful life! Come live it with us at the Sun Eagle Lodge.

3 Bedrooms & 3 Baths: The downstairs bedroom has a king-size bed, gas fireplace, satellite TV, deck access to the hot tub and second TV just for the Wii; the private bath has double sinks and a jetted bath tub. A second bedroom in the loft has a king-size bed and private full bath with a tub and shower combination. The third bedroom is on the main floor and has a queen-size bed and bath across the hall with a tub and shower combination.

The open kitchen features granite countertops with seats to chat in the morning at the island bar. The Sun Eagle interior was designed for comfort and style but nothing can compare to the pure beauty of the nature that surrounds you outside.

From our upper deck you can spend the day grilling or basking in the sun on a lounge chair. When you’re ready to cool off head down to the tree shaded lower deck to relax and take in the view in one of our rocking chairs. At night you and your friends can slip into the hot tub and stare up at the moonlit sky above.

Outdoors enthusiasts will be in paradise! Just off your deck or out your front door you can grab a set of binoculars and catch the hundreds of species of birds or take a walk along the tree lined winding roads on Baines Mountain.

Sun Eagle Lodge will help you make beautiful mountain memories.

Everyone at the office was responsive, informative, professional and courteous. It was perfect for a long weekend getaway. We enjoyed the hot tub and made 'smores around the fire pit. It was tastefully decorated and well located near cute, clean little Bryson City and Cherokee.

The email reminders were very helpful and the call once we had arrived was appreciated. We will be back and odds are to this same cabin. I have already referred you to a family member. Friends of ours booked with you first, and both of us were very happy with the results. Hot tub off of the master area was awesome.

Kelly was the best. It was my first time going to the mountains, and she made me feel very well with all my questions. I wish I had met her. I enjoyed waking up early, and having my coffee in the upper deck while everyone was still sleeping. Also, I ate every meal outside. The kids loved sleeping ad playing in the loft. I walked every day in the mountain. I even got to see from the deck a deer family going down the mountain.

Spring Break was great because of this trip. We watched the game every night and it was so fun. We had a great time and the best part of the cabin was the hot tub!!. I've never been here before and the experience in this cabin was amazing. The view from the Jacuzzi was breath taking, we will be back again for sure.

We got the best cabin with the best view in all of Bryson City. The kids enjoyed the loft a lot. I had coffee every morning at the main balcony. It was very cold outside but I loved it! WE used the BBQ every afternoon and we spent the nights looking at the stars. Thank you for everything.

When we first got into the cabin, we were all shocked by the view through the huge window. The cleanliness is beyond our expectation. The bed is very clean. The bathroom is very, very clean. And when we were still on our way to the cabin, your staff considerately gave us a call to make sure we could arrive at the cabin before dark. The hot tub is fantastic. The gas grill is excellent. We had a joyful and pleasant dining experience at that tall dining table with large kinds of tableware set. Also we played a lot of board-games there. In the morning, we saw the smoky landscape through that big, big window. In the afternoon, we saw the colorful scenery on the rocking chair and chatted with each other. The cabin made our trip more wonderful.

We have had loved our 4 night stay here. Many of us have not seen the mountains ever or since we were kids. The house was amazing and it's a sure bet we will be back to this house again. It felt like home away from home. We were sad to end our family vacation but happy we chose the best cabin of all!!

Shortly after arriving at the cabin we received a call to make sure we had everything we needed. If we had any problems they were a phone call away. We called one morning to see how the roads and mountain driving were going to be later due to a snow storm that was coming through. They said if we had to leave to be back by early afternoon and if we needed help that someone would guide us back up the mountain. They were very helpful and very friendly. Can't wait to go back. We absolutely loved the Sun Eagle Lodge cabin. It was everything that they advertised. The views were fantastic from every angle. Standing outside you could hear a pin drop. So quiet and peaceful. Bryson City was such a small and peaceful little town. Everyone was so nice. (Coming from South Florida its a nice break to have). We went skiing and snow tubing in Maggie Valley which was cold and lots of fun.(It was 4 degrees when we arrived at the ski mountain) We had plans to go to Gatlinburg, TN and take a few more scenic drives all in one day but due to the weather the day before it caused to close some roads. But that didn't stop us from enjoying vacation in a beautiful place.

I called several times when I was trying to make a decision on booking a cabin. I ask lots of questions because I like to get good firsthand info when making an important decision like booking a vacation with family. EVERY TIME I called the office personnel were extremely friendly and SOOOO helpful. Also they were very knowledgeable about details concerning the various cabins. They asked what I expected and then matched me with a cabin. It was great. The staff is excellent.

The staff I talked with on the phone were friendly and pleasant. They were helpful. We took an extended trip and visited a total of 4 different locations. This cabin was the nicest and it also had things that we would need provided for us. Another cabin that we rented didn't provide anything compared to your company. That was a nice gesture of yours to make sure that things like bath tissue and other necessary amenities are there for your renters. It provides for a much better representation for your company. I would love to stay with your company again and I will not hesitate to recommend you to others.
