We came here on a Monday and played dominos and built a campfire and went in the hot tub. On Tuesday we went on the Smoky Mountain Express, white water rafting, and used the hot tub. We made a fire in the fire pit. On Wednesday we went hiking and to the gem museum and the Rose Creek Mine. On Thursday we went horseback riding and to the Museum of the Cherokee Indian.

We usually spend our vacation at the beach, so this was our first time vacationing in a mountain cabin. Wow, was it relaxing! Your cabin has a perfect floor plan for spending quality time with the family, and is decorated so tastefully. We genuinely enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed the spectacular view; playing board games on the deck and around the coffee table; roasting marshmallows in the outside fire pit; hiking and biking around the community; cooking on the grill and eating pork chops, hamburgers, and veggies; and searching and finding the viewing tower at Clingman's Dome from the deck. Your flowers along the driveway are beautiful. We enjoyed tubing at Deep Creek, hiking and taking pictures in the national park, the view at Clingma's Dome, exploring Bryson City, and eating at Jimmy Mac's and Pasqualino's Italian Restaurant.

IT was our first time to Bryson City and this side of the National Park. This place is so peaceful. Perfect for riding the rails at the GSMNR. we went to Deep Creek. We loved the kitchen.

We loved the cabin. We has a great 3 days!

This was Calebs (a 9 year old) Make a Wish trip! He loved taking walks up and down the steep hills here and coming back from the train ride to see the leaves and the bird, moon and stars. It was such a beautiful place for us all to relax. We are so thankful to have had this trip!!

We had a great time. The cabin was beautiful and very well stocked. We hiked, gem mined, and went to museums. We can't wait to come back.

Wow! What a view! That has defiantly been the best thing about our cabin. and the weather was perfect all week. Only one day of rain and we checked out the casino that day. We went to the Biltmore, Cades Cove-saw three bears, Joyce Kilmer and Forest. Wow those trees were so big and old! Amazing. Spent the day in Cherokee, In the river and a day hiking at deep Creek that we found in the binder. Everything was great. Wish we could take this cooler weather back with us to Tampa, FL. It was in the low 80's in the day and 60's at night. Couldn't have been more perfect. Thank you for the wonderful stay

This is such an amazing cabin set in a beautiful spot. I am happy that we had the opportunity to enjoy this gorgeous cabin!! We hate to leave and can't wait to return

This was the second time we have stayed with GSCR. It will not be our last As beautiful as your online descriptions sound, the cabins have been even better. After staying there for a week, I can understand how words fail to describe the beauty of OWLs ROOST. And when we had a problem, not related to the cabin or rental, your employee Josh handled it in a flash with class.

We came up to just get away from it all. It was so peaceful we shopped and relaxed. The grand kids loved it. We will have to invest in a set of horseshoes for home. There are no other words to explain this cabin for us except perfect. We will be back.
