Please be aware that road conditions in the Smoky Mountains can be unpredictable and may change rapidly due to weather. Our cabin’s roads & driveways are either pavement or gravel or both. Depending on the season, you may experience road conditions such as heavy rain washouts, snow, sleet, roads covered in leaves, etc. We highly recommend using a 4WD vehicle to ensure safe travel to your cabin, especially during winter months or inclement weather.

NO REFUNDS will be issued if you are unable to reach your cabin due to road conditions.
We advise checking weather and road conditions prior to your trip to ensure a safe and pleasant journey.

Perfect stay for large family gatherings. Kids loved it! The backyard was beautiful. Fireflies at night and sunrise in the morning. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for cooking for a large group.

We had a great stay! The views are amazing! We were glad we brought our truck to get up the gravel driveway that was rather steep but was worth it with the views! There was also a second space above the garage that we never used but would be great if you had lots of friends/family! The fenced in yard was perfect for our dogs and very relaxing for us. We enjoyed tubing and white water rafting and also watching people at the NOC while enjoying lunch and a drink! Beautiful location and we will be back!
