This deluxe 3 bedroom offers upscale furnishings, seclusion, a fire pit, Wi-Fi, an Xbox 360, Board Games and an outside Corn Hole Game! “Sunrise in the Smokies” is between downtown Bryson City and the Nantahala Gorge, and just minutes from Fontana Lake.
3 Bedrooms & 2 Baths: The first bedroom in the loft has a King bed with private bath. The second and third bedrooms on the main floor each have a queen. The second bathroom is a full bath with a tub and shower combination.
This gorgeous cabin is equipped with stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher. The spacious living room has clerestory windows, a stone gas fireplace reaching up to cathedral ceilings, and a leather sofa and loveseat.
Enjoy the view from the fire pit or the porch with comfortable seating. Grill from the covered porch, and we will provide the propane.

What a wonderful place with all the comforts of home and so much more! Coming from Florida, we wanted to escape the late summer heat and we did...including 2 afternoons of beautiful mountain rain! My friends and I loved the cabin, fires in the outdoor fire pit and all the exciting opportunities in the area nearby. Especially impressive were the cleanliness of the cabin and tasteful decor. We hate to leave but definitely will be back!

Property was perfect for us! Enjoyed the fire pit very much! Weve stayed in many cabins with different rental companies.....this was by far the cleanest cabin and property weve stayed in. Will definitely book another stay! The phone call we received the evening of our arrival was very nice. This is the only company who has checked in with us to make sure all was well. Its a lovely property and we had everything we needed. The games are a great thing to have available too.

What a nice touch to walk in to the cabin and see the Christmas tree lit.The Polar Express was fun but the cabin was just as much fun. The fire pot was a great bonus - Marshmallows and S'mores. The cabin was very comfy and inviting!

This cabin was WONDERFUL!!!! From the details in decoration to having everything on hand you could possibly need. We loved every single moment spent at the cabin. We can't wait to come back and visit again. The Hot Tub with a view was a big hit and the fireflies at night were an awesome surprise for all of us! The memories and laughter were priceless!

The cabin beautifully located overlooking the East Alarka valley. My family loved the fire pit and hot water tub in the evenings. The place is pretty spacious and well appointed and was the perfect home away from home. As indicated from the photos the cabin is pretty open plan in terms of the main living area and master mezzanine bedroom. "Sunrise in the Smokies" was not our first choice, but when our original cabin became unavailable (A couple of hours before we were due to arrive) Cathie was very quick and efficient to offer us alternatives which included this one. Overall a great holiday, enhanced by a great cabin.

The team was great. Everyone was friendly, accommodating, and helpful. We greatly appreciated all of the timely and informative emails - nothing was left out. GSCR is clearly a well-oiled machine! The cabin went beyond meeting them, actually. The cabin was exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we could have needed. The beds were comfortable so we all slept great. We loved the grill and the fire pit and are so appreciative that propane and firewood were provided. The kitchen was very well stocked. We had such a wonderful time and were so impressed by this cabin. We had fun in Bryson City and the surrounding area, but we could have stayed at the cabin all week and been perfectly happy. That, to us, is the measure of a good property. What we needed was a beautiful place to relax and we got that 100%. We were so sad to leave. Thank you so much!!!

During the booking process, which was quite stressful due to the limited availability of properties throughout that entire region due to hurricane Irma, I spoke with Kelly. Despite her busy day of phones ringing nonstop, and my 100th (literally) attempt at finding a place to stay to evacuate, Kelly was professional and so kind! She was such an excellent help. I later spoke without Kathy for questions regarding check-in, etc., who was equally as kind. Staff was an absolute A+. It was so nice to have great people to speak with if we needed anything.
