3 Bedrooms and Two Baths: The first bedroom has a King Bed, a mountain view, and a TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a mountain view. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a full bed over a full. There is a futon in the loft. The first bathroom has a shower stall only. The second bathroom has a tub and shower combination.
With an all wood interior, Peace of the Mountain is the authentic log cabin experience. The stone fireplace stretches to the lofted ceiling.
Head up to the loft game room and enjoy a game of pool or air hockey on the combination table.
The well equipped kitchen has a gas stove, and a griddle.
Kick back in a rocking chair on the covered porch and savor the spectacular mountain view before you. The bubbling hot tub is the perfect spot for enjoying the pristine scenery.

Peace of the Mountain is a gorgeous cabin. I and my family had a very comfortable stay. While here in the mtns. we enjoyed shopping in Cherokee and Bryson, the Cherokee Museum, zip lining, and white water rafting as well as horseback riding. We usually only come out in April but we will be back this summer. Thank you for a beautiful place for my family to call home for a week.

We came after a much busy and long awaited time away from the city of Charleston. We've been looking forward to relaxing since October 2012. This was "Peace of the Mountain" in more ways than just the literal one. the view, the thought in every details of the cabin, the fireplace, the hot tub, the back porch....all put us at peace. We are so blessed to have been able to come and enjoy these things and will cherish these memories forever. We are thankful for allowing us into your beautiful home. We look forward to coming back, stopping at the Filling Station, fishing at the trout pond, exploring Bryson City and watching the sun set over the mountains.

Well we have returned. After our wonderful visit in December of 2011, we had to come back to this lovely place. And, hopefully there will be many times in the future to enjoy. The Nantahala River Gorge is one for those beautiful places in America. Combining that with this special cabin creates a very memorable vacation opportunity. Thanks for sharing it with us.

The cabin we had was amazing, with phenomenal views, a relaxing outdoor hot tub, and clean. It was absolutely perfect for my honeymoon!
