Breathtaking Views, immaculate and homey cabin, Shooting Star has it all. We drove 17 hours to bet here and have enjoyed every minute of our stay, so much that we changed our road trip plans to Texas to stay longer in the Smokey Mountains. Keep wishing upon a Shooting Star.

We love this cabin! The views are amazing and the hot tub was great to relax in after our long hikes! Love the location, the kitchen rocks and having a TV in kids was great for bed time. We will definitely return to this fabulous cabin again!!

Working with the team was just fine, my only comments would be to make sure proper instructions for garbage disposal be provided or an extra garbage can outside because families spending a week produce more garbage than the container holds. Finding the dump was impossible and no one in town knew how to instruct us to the dump. So last day we had to drive around looking for one.

the Cabin is perfect! The blond Knotty pine is beautiful. We enjoyed a spectacular dinner in the gazebo during a thunderstorm. The hot tub with its beautiful view gave us the peace and down time we sought. thank you for the soft white towels, the well equipped kitchen, the simple dcor. We will be back to enjoy the grill, fireplace, and fire pit! Oh the bed was super comfortable as well. Love all the tall windows that let in and let us watch the trees sway.

This was Calebs (a 9 year old) Make a Wish trip! He loved taking walks up and down the steep hills here and coming back from the train ride to see the leaves and the bird, moon and stars. It was such a beautiful place for us all to relax. We are so thankful to have had this trip!!
