2 Bedrooms & 2 Baths: The first bedroom has a mountain view, King Sized bed and a private bath. The bath has a jetted bath tub and shower combination and double sink vanity. The second bedroom has a king sized bed. There is a second full bathroom with a tub and shower combination.
After a day of enjoying plenty of outdoor activities, come home and relax in your private mountain cabin. Take in the warmth of the all wood interior lit by the warm glow of the fireplace.

We had a wonderful time! The view of the mountains from the cabin is breathtaking! The cabin is beautiful. We got to watch 4 baby birds fly from the nest under the porch. We spent our days at Deep Creek, Mingo Falls, Bryson City and the Casino. We also visited family in Cullowhee. We went gem mining in Cherokee and tubing in the Tuckaseegee. We drove up to Big Cove to see the Elk. We cant wait to return!

We had the perfect family holiday staying at this amazing cabin. We hiked in the park, walked along Deep Creek. But my favorite time was forgetting about home/work and hanging out in and around the cabin with the kids!! We have truly relaxed and are going back to South Florida feeling re energized! We will definitely be back in the fall to see the changing leaves. Thanks to the great Staff at the Great Smokys Cabin Rental.

Everything was great. My wife and I had the best vacation EVER thanks to this cabin. We've rented houses dozens of times, and taken numerous vacations. But this one was the best. The beauty of the cabins was far superior. However, after interacting with the staff and them treating me like a king..well...there's no other option for future rentals. We loved our accommodations so much we wanted to stay another day. I called after hours on a saturday. Phone was answered on the first ring. Thankfully no one had booked it, but exceptions were made, and we were able to stay one more night...thus making the whole trip for us MUCH more enjoyable. We came for REST!! We enjoyed morning coffee on the deck under that beautiful gazebo. Mid-day naps in the silence of the woods. Evening Margaritas in the hot tub overlooking spectacular views of the Smokys

The cabin more than met my expectations. For someone wanting a true log cabin experience, this cabin is the place. The craftmanship was exceptional, the rustic furnishings and interesting wall decorations added to the experience, yet it had every modern convenience anyone would need. The view was incredible, the privacy from neighboring cabins was exceptional, and the hot tub had stronger jets and more angles to hit your muscles than any hot tub I have ever been in before. I would encourage anyone to take advantage of nearby water activities. My wife and I had never been white water tubing or white water rafting till doing so at Deep Creek and the NOC center. We thoroughly enjoyed our 45th wedding anniversary at Shooting Star Ridge.

This was our third visit to this cabin and we still love it! We spent out 11th wedding anniversary here and were not disappointed. WE enjoyed daily dips in the hot tub, the afternoon thunderstorms and our picnic up in the mountains. WE hope to be back soon!
