This two-bedroom, two bath log cabin offers all the conveniences of a modern vacation home including wireless high speed internet access, upscale leather and wood furnishings, an exquisite gas fireplace, washer and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and spacious dining area.
The primary bedroom is in the open loft area and has a king-size bed and private bathroom with a walk-in shower. On the main floor, you will find a queen-size bedroom and sleeper sofa. There is also conveniently a full bath on the main level with jetted tub and shower combination.
The massive, vaulted ceiling and spacious windows allow for enjoyment of the spectacular mountain views from the king-sized bed in the upstairs loft or practically anywhere else in the cabin.
You’ll also want to relax outside on the large deck – you’ll enjoy spectacular views of the Nantahala National Forest while you soak in the outdoor hot tub any time of day and any time of the year, grill up some steaks, or sit by the outdoor fire pit.

This is out first trip to NC and we loved every minute of it. NC and TN has had the best people that we have ever run across and we travel a lot. This is our first experience to stay anywhere except a hotel. We really enjoyed it here. Thank you so much everything was great.

This was our first time to the Mountains and to Moosehead Lodge. It was a really great retreat after long hours of hiking. The lodge has a really nice relaxing atmosphere in the house. We really enjoyed the spectacular view from the house while having a meal created with the tools that are supplied. The only regret we have is that we could not stay longer. We hope that we can return again soon.

Another great visit to the Moosehead Lodge. We truly needed to spend some quality time together. Just to rest and relax kicken back in the hot tub in its new location looking out over the majestic mountains took all the stress away.

I must admit our first trip up the mountain to the cabin was a bit concerning. Once up we weren't sure we would make it back down but practice makes perfect and soon we learned to enjoy the drive up and down. You have supplied us with everything we needed for our week and we really loved all the things that Bryson City had to offer us. Thank you for leaving an Ingles card in the cabin for our use. Whoever cleans your cabins did an awesome job. Thank you to them as well. We would love to come back again someday when we need a quiet get away.

My husband and I are here celebrating our 5 year anniversary. He surprised me by arranging every detail of this weekend without me knowing. We started with an amazing lunch at Cork & Bean before arriving here. When we made our way up the mountain & unto the cabin I was squealing like a little girl. I am a professional photographer & couldn`t wait for shots of the sunrise (which turned out beautiful) We had an amazing dinner at Frymont Inn next to the fire place out first evening. On Saturday, hubby surprised me with an open air train ride and lunch. So much fun. We enjoyed the hot tub under the stars and a nice warm fire in the cool evening. It was an amazing weekend in a beautiful cabin. I hate to see it already come to an end. Hope to be back next year.

A cabin all my husbands idea and I love him so much. I`ve never been close to a mountain or a cabin so I was pretty optimistic about the whole thing, but as I said before it`s well worth every penny.
