This well-appointed mountain getaway features 3 bedrooms plus a loft and 3.5 baths. There’s plenty of room and plenty to do -- a beautiful mountain view sprawls through the trees before you and the large yard around Bruins Den. Roasted Marshmallows and stories await you at the fire pit under the brilliant stars.
Start your day off right -- huge windows let in mountain sunshine. Stainless steel appliances and gleaming granite counters brighten the fully equipped kitchen.
The first bedroom is a real treat with a King bed, flat screen TV, and private bath with a large jetted bath tub. The second and third bedrooms each have a queen bed and TVs. The alcove in the loft has two twins, which for an additional charge can be converted into another King. To accommodate two additional guests, there’s a queen sleeper sofa in the loft.
Ceiling fans on the porch catch fresh mountain air. Let your cares drift away on the large covered porch with rocking chairs and a porch swing. A griller’s delight, Bruins Den has a gas grill and picnic table that are just right for savoring meals.

Our family of 6 adults, and 3 grandchildren totally enjoyed our stay in one of the most beautiful homes we have ever seen. My oldest grandson asked if we were staying in a mansion? I told him that this home is the closest thing to it... we could not of asked for anything better with a home that was decorated beautifully, very comfortable furniture, a lot of space for the kids and a wrap around porch to enjoy the sunsets, views, and seeing the mountains smoke. 'thank you for allowing us to use your home so we can celebrate my oldest daughters 40th Birthday. what a treat. My whole family would highly recommend to vacation in this beautiful home. we thank the family who owns Bruins den. You should be very proud to own such a great place. we had a treat with the neighbors dog, Jake...he is so gentle and saved my dog from danger in the woods.

This is an awesome home. The home is immaculate, the view is spectacular, and it's close enough but not too close to fun and interesting sites. We love Bryson City and the area around. It's close enough to drive the Newfound Gap across the mtns, BlueRidge Parkway, Deep Creek and all the waterfalls in the area. And just love the river rapid views...will be coming back to do my white water rafting next summer. Just loved it.

Wonderful large family getaway
Immaculate and lovely cabin/home with huge, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room and 3 large bedrooms with baths. Also large loft area with separate TV and xbox game system was a big hit with the kids. Hot tub, fire pit and gas grill very popular too. Great rental!
