I was in the unique position of looking for a property to accommodate a daughter on crutches from surgery. The team was super helpful in finding a place with a main floor shower(seat in the stall)and bedroom. With the addition of a king bed in the loft for my husband and I. All on short notice!

No doubt i will use them again. If i had a question and emailed them. They responded within minutes. If i had questions and called, they answered even on a saturday. Everyone was friendly.

I love this cabin for the space and memories. This will be our yearly stay at cabin for each of our cousins trips. Everyone had such a great time. With what we have been through this past October, loosing our Grandmother, it felt amazing to get away and not have to worry about if this cabin was clean and accommodating. Thank you so much amazing Staff!!

Had a wonderful time! Your cabin is spacious, clean and just what was needed. Hot tub was awesome!! Hopefully we will be able to return soon. We went to see Jamie Johnson in concert and enjoyed a few days off of work.

Fantastic views - changing constantly with the sunlight and clouds above and below us. Cabin was ideal for our family of parents, kids and grandkids - plenty of hiking and sites nearby, and enjoyed day trips to Gatlinburg Aquarium, Cades Cove in the GSMNP, and the Biltmore in Asheville. The cabin had everything we needed, was clean and comfortable. Hot tubbing in the clouds was invigorating. Hope to come back and would highly recommend for others.

We didn't interact too much with members of the staff; however, we did receive a call from Cathy to ensure we'd checked in successfully and offer her assistance if we needed anything. We felt very confident that had we needed to call for help with anything, we would've had no trouble reaching someone.

We had a great family reunion trip! Amazing weather for this time of the year. Rained just enough for us to enjoy some relaxed days in the hot tub and had some beautiful days for hiking and views! We enjoyed the Aquarium in Gatlinburg, Biltmore Estate in Asheville and Cades Cove. A great trip all around. We are convinced we got the best cabin up here.

Thank you for sharing this beautiful cabin with the view that can't be beat! We had a lot of rain but that made for a very relaxing stay which was exactly what we needed. We loved every min and look forward to coming back.

Beautiful view and amazing Smoky Mountain experience. Nantahala Brewer, Chocolate Factory, the Falls, Cherokee and the road to nowhere. But our favorite memories are the views from the hot tub. Thank you for our wonderful convenient stay.

We had a fantastic time at Moosehead! The place was perfect. It was very clean and we had everything we needed. The drive up the mountain was pretty steep but it got easier each time, and the view was SO worth it! Our goal was to spend some time at the casino in Cherokee, which we did, but the lodge was so great we wanted to stay in a lot of the time! It rained pretty heavy, but we were able to go eat in Bryson City and explore the waterfalls at Deep Creek in between rain showers. It was super relaxing to watch movies and football and hang out while listening to the rain. The internet and TV were great - couldn't have asked for better! The very best part were the windows - incredibly picturesque. We loved everything about it and look forward to going back!
